The Great Gatsby Post 2

Nick finally meets the his neighbor that he has been hearing about the most but never got to meet in person yet and that neighbor is none other than Gatsby. When they first encounter nothing exciting really happens Nick just moves on and the story keeps continuing.

I really did not like Fitzgerald doing what he did in the book with when Nick and Gatsby first met and nothing really interesting happens. How everyone else was talking about Gatsby in the book I would think that when the first time that possibly the two main characters met that something big would happens in that part but nothing really happens when they first met at all. So if I was Fitzgerald I would have made that part of the book a more interesting and exciting part.

Ending off with my reading a new character named Myrtle is introduced who is Tom's lover. Tom is a friend of Nick who Nick works with. Right now the book is going well lets see how it continues
